ISO 9001:2015 renewed: Omer Produzione passes its surveillance audit

OMER PRODUZIONE S.R.L. has successfully passed the surveillance audit of its Quality Management System and confirmed its ISO 9001 certification (ISO 9001:2015, certificate no. 18616), first achieved in 2015 and issued by Transpacific Certifications Limited.

What the ISO 9001 certification renewal means

The surveillance audit is when the certification body checks that the quality system is not just a set of written procedures, but a way of working applied every day: defined processes, checks, records, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Passing it confirms that the commitment made in 2015 has stayed intact over the years. The new certificate is dated 9 October 2026 and is valid until 15 October 2027.

Activities covered by the certification

The certification covers all our production activities:

  • fabrication of medium-light metal structures
  • laser and plasma cutting, oxyfuel cutting
  • bending up to 12 metres in length
  • calendering and MIG welding, manual and robotic
  • assembly and machining
  • chamfering and reaming
  • contract manufacturing

Why it matters to those who entrust us with their work

For a company working as a subcontractor, ISO 9001 is a concrete reference: it means defined and repeatable processes, checks throughout production, and a system that keeps track of what is made and how it improves. It is the assurance that quality does not depend on a single order, but on the organisation.

Our thanks to everyone at Omer

Quality is the result of the daily work of every colleague, from the cutting department to welding and final inspection. This renewal is theirs too.
