ISO 9001:2015 Certification

OMER PRODUZIONE S.R.L.® is proud to have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification by Transpacific Certifications Limited. This important recognition attests that our quality management system meets the most stringent international standards.

The certification covers the following activities:

Qualification Welder UNI EN ISO 14732:2013

OMER PRODUZIONE S.R.L.® has operators qualified according to the UNI EN ISO 14732:2013 standard, which regulates the certification of mechanized and automatic welding personnel. This qualification is essential to ensure the high reliability of the robotic welding processes used in the company.

The certificate, issued by Bureau Veritas, certifies that the operator is qualified to use automated welding equipment on Motoman/Yaskawa UP20-6 RM2-750TX/3000 robots, according to procedure 135 (arc welding with fused wire, MIG/MAG method).

The certification covers:

Automatic arc and joint control

Single and multiple passes

Use of consumable backing materials and inserts

Robotic welding that complies with EN ISO 15614, EN ISO 15613 and EN ISO 9606.

This qualification is valid until December 16, 2030, and confirms our commitment to staff training and adherence to the highest quality standards for automated machining.

Qualification Welder UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2017

OMER PRODUZIONE S.R.L.® boasts personnel qualified according to the UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2017 standard, which certifies the competence of manual welders for operations on metallic materials. This certification, issued by Bureau Veritas, guarantees that the welds made meet rigorous and reproducible technical standards.

The qualification covers procedure 135 (MIG/MAG) and is valid for:

Steel materials (FM1 group)

Corner and butt welding

Plate and tube

Horizontal and flat welding positions

Thicknesses over 3 mm and diameters over 25 mm

Successfully passed visual, radiographic, fracture and macrographic inspection

The certification covers different types of joints (threaded and angle) and continuous wire transfer modes, ensuring accurate and compliant welding even for critical work.

The qualification is valid until Dec. 16, 2027, with scheduled review and renewal to ensure continued compliance.
